- The Milton Santos Project for Access to Higher Education (Promisaes) aims to promote technical-scientific and cultural cooperation between Brazil and the countries with which it has agreements, offering financial support to foreign students participating in the Undergraduate Student Agreement Program (PEC-G), regularly registrated in an undergraduate degre at federal institutions of higher education.
